This package combines the full benefits of our Summer and Winter subscriptions into one elite service level:
May – October (Summer Maintenance): Full weekly lawn care, string trimming, hardscape clearing, and monthly perimeter edging.
November – April (Winter Monitoring): Professional property checks (interior/exterior) with digital reporting to ensure insurance compliance and prevent winter-related damage.
Priority Response Status: Stewardship clients are moved to the top of our schedule. Whether it is the first mow of the spring or a property check after a major winter storm, your home is our first priority.
Trade Coordination: If we identify a maintenance need during a visit (e.g., a roofing issue or a furnace fault), we act as your local liaison, coordinating access for specialized trades and overseeing the resolution.
