Policy

A consultation will be held on your very first appointment. Prior to this you will be asked whether or not you wish to have a patch test although one is not required by my manufacturer it is completely up to the individual. During the consultation i will ask you various questions to be able to determine the outcome you wish to get from the service and form will also be provided for you to make me aware of any possible health conditions, allergies and medications etc. that would stop the service from being able to take place.

• Infill appointments are for when 40% or more of your full set are remaining, otherwise this is classed as a full set. If you are unsure whether to book for an infill or a full set never hesitate to send me a picture of your lashes and i can help advise you of your options.

• Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost.

• Any lashes that are older than 3-4 weeks will need to be removed and replaced due to natural outgrowth (dependant on how fast your lashes grow) meaning these appointments are then to be booked as full set + removal. 

• I do not infill other lash artists work due to the risk of chemical reaction. Therefore any lashes from a previous artist i will have to remove before starting a fresh set.

• Mini-fills are only available up to one week after your original appointment. After this appointments made will be a full infill as outgrown lashes will need top be removed.
