Pricing & Coverage

All photography and videography service rates are quoted in Fijian Dollars (FJD) and are inclusive of Government Tax. Quoted rates apply to a single event day within the Suva–Nausori corridor. Events outside this area or elsewhere in Viti Levu may incur additional travel or logistics fees.

Bookings & Payment

Bookings must be confirmed 48–72 hours prior to the scheduled event.
Payment may be made via:

• Online bank transfer

• Vodafone mPaisa

• Digicel MyCash

• Cash

All payments are made under Wiseman Visuals & Media, and a sales invoice will be issued.

Due to previous payment delays, post-production work will only commence once full payment has been received. If payment is outstanding, editing and delivery will be paused until settlement is completed. This ensures fairness to all clients and timely delivery of completed projects.

Copyright & Usage Rights

Wiseman Photography Fiji retains the copyright to all photographs, videos, and visual content created. Clients who have paid in full are granted personal usage rights to their digital images and videos. This includes:

• Personal and family use

• Printing albums or photographs with a provider of their choice

• Sharing on personal platforms

Commercial use, resale, or redistribution for profit requires prior written consent.

Copyright protection is governed by the Fiji Copyright Act 1999, which provides:

• 50 years of protection for photographs

• 50 years for audio-visual and sound recordings, calculated from the year of creation or publication

Data Protection & Privacy

All client images, videos, and personal information are handled with care and stored securely. Your visual assets will never be misused, shared unlawfully, or applied to any illegal activity. We respect your privacy and treat every project with discretion.

Health & Safety

Wiseman Photography Fiji complies with all Fijian Government and Ministry of Health guidelines, including any applicable public health measures, to ensure the safety of our clients and crew.
