Our photography and videography service charges are presented in Fijian Dollars (FJD) and are inclusive of Government Tax. These rates apply to a single event day within the Suva-Nausori corridor. Should your event be located outside our designated area within Viti Levu, please be advised that an additional fee will be incurred.
All bookings must be made within a 72 to 48-hour window before the scheduled commencement of the event. Payments can be facilitated through online banking transfer, Vodafone mPaisa, Digicel Mycash, or cash, payable in the name of Wiseman Visuals & Media. A sales invoice will be provided.
Kindly note that due to prior instances of payment delays, we must emphasize that we will not initiate post-production work if we have not received full payment by the day before or after the event. Post-production will be temporarily suspended to prioritize the work of clients who have made their full payment. Once full payment has been received, post-production will resume. To ensure a seamless process, we kindly request timely payment.
Please be aware that all rights to the photographs taken on the day of the event, as well as the post-production and processing thereof, are retained by Wiseman Visuals & Media. However, our paying customers are granted ownership of the photos in digital format. This allows them to utilize and distribute the images in their personal and family settings, produce prints or albums with a service provider of their choosing, and determine the quantity of copies they wish to print.
It is imperative to understand that any pictures, videos, or animations produced by Wiseman Photography Fiji are intended for entertainment purposes only and must not be employed for any illegal activities. In accordance with the Fiji Copyright Act 1999, copyright protection for photographs extends for 50 years from the conclusion of the calendar year in which the photograph was taken, while copyright for sound recordings or audio-visual works lasts for 50 years from the end of the calendar year in which the work was created, made publicly available, or first published, whichever is the latest.
Furthermore, we want to emphasize that Wiseman Photography Fiji diligently adheres to all COVID-19 measures established by the Fijian Government and the Ministry of Health Fiji. Your safety is of paramount importance to us.
