Please note that the discounted hotel block has a limited number of rooms, which will be provided on a first-come-first-served basis. Reservations by attendees must be received on or before 5:00 pm, Tuesday, November 25th, 2025. Accordingly, we encourage you to make travel and hotel arrangements as soon as possible.
