FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q: It went to someone’s voicemail. How do I record the response?
A: Click the “this is a voicemail” button and move on to the next call
Q: I talked to someone’s spouse. What should I do?
A: Mark it as “call back later” and move on to the next call
Q: Why isn’t the dialer connecting calls?
A: Sometimes it takes awhile to connect. More people on the dialer means shorter wait times. Invite your friends and family to help too!
