Program Philosophy
The Wisconsin Wolfpack was founded on the belief that every dedicated athlete deserves the opportunity to compete at a high level without placing an overwhelming financial burden on families. Our mission is to provide a competitive, affordable basketball program that emphasizes skill development, character, and a love for the game.
We are committed to developing well-rounded players by improving every aspect of their game, preparing them to make meaningful contributions to their high school teams and compete with confidence against top competition. Beyond basketball, we take pride in mentoring young athletes and helping them identify the collegiate opportunities that best fit their academic, athletic, and personal goals.
At Wisconsin Wolfpack, success is measured by more than wins and losses. We value hard work, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Our goal is for every player to leave our program as a better athlete, a stronger teammate, and a more confident individual—while building lasting friendships and enjoying the journey along the way.
Program Costs
The Wisconsin Wolfpack is a nonprofit basketball program committed to providing a high-quality, competitive experience at an affordable cost for families.
Program fees for the 2027 season are currently being finalized and will be announced as soon as they are available. Detailed information regarding program costs, payment schedules, and what is included in the fees will be provided as registration opens.
Injury Policy
If a player sustains an injury that prevents them from participating in all games during the season (season-ending injury sustained prior to the season beginning), the Wisconsin Wolfpack will issue a credit toward the player's program fees for the following season. This credit is not a cash refund and may only be applied to a future Wisconsin Wolfpack season. Credit will NOT be issued for individual tournaments.
If the player chooses not to return to the program the following season, the credit will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
An exception applies to players on the 17U team. Because they are not eligible to return the following season, any eligible injury credit will be issued as a refund.
Refund Policy
All program fees are non-refundable. By registering your child and submitting payment, you are reserving a roster spot that is no longer available to another player. Your payment serves as acknowledgment and acceptance of this refund policy and all program waiver agreements.
We encourage families to carefully consider their commitment before registering, as no refunds will be issued for withdrawals, scheduling conflicts, injuries, or other circumstances.
