Yes, you can pay privately. Before an evaluation will be scheduled we will inform you of what your out-of-pocket cost per visit will be. If you agree to the out-of-pocket cost, we will ask to pay at least half of your visit the day of, to ensure some sort of payment has been made.
We encourage our patients to obtain an order/referral for therapy from their physician prior to calling to schedule a session, as most insurance companies require an order to cover services. As soon as you obtain your order/referral, feel free to call us anytime M-F between 8:00a and 4:00p
Anytime between 8:00a-4:00p M-F. We encourage patients to review their policies prior to starting therapy, as most insurance companies have a deductible, co-pay, or co-insurance. Our team typically checks your insurance policy for therapy prior to starting and will try to inform the therapist prior to the start of services if an amount will be due from the patient.

We understand that emergencies happen, scheduling conflicts can occur, and everyone gets sick. However, if you need to cancel, we ask you to call at least 24 hours in advance for known scheduling conflicts and a few hours prior to your scheduled appointment for unplanned cancellations, so your time can be filled by another patient who needs therapy. We will implement a $45 fee for every 3 visits that you confirm your appointment, but you are not available or a no show to your scheduled appointment, and we will have the right to discharge you from services.
