We are a unique private practice rendering care in the most functional environment for our patients under Medicare B (outpatient) billing criteria. This is an opportunity for you to exercise your independence and expand your skills within a framework that is designed to minimize paperwork time, provide scheduled opportunity for team coordination and problem-solving regarding patient care, and provide flexibility with working schedules to accommodate family and personal needs. Central scheduling is provided and travel between locations is reimbursed.
We are looking for independent, confident, and passionate physical therapists who can provide a wide range of physical therapy services to a variety of patients both in home and on an outpatient basis. Our outpatient clinic and office base is located in Beloit, WI and home services are provided throughout Rock county. We also have an opportunity to expand into the Madison area, but require more therapists to do so.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide quality, efficient, and patient centered physical therapy treatment according to the orders of the physician and plan of care
Makes patient care decisions under the Physical Therapy scope of practice
Develops and implements a plan of care taking into account the patient’s history, context, and goals
Effectively documents daily treatments, evaluations, and completion of progress notes to support each patient’s individualized plan of care
Effectively communicates verbally and in written form to patients and family members
Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises
Oversees activities of physical therapy assistants, students, and other support personnel
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy required
New graduates and experienced clinicians welcomed
In the process or has a PT license in the state of Wisconsin
