Crash Reports are made available once it is received from the reporting Law Enforcement Agency, which may take up to 10 to 15 business days.

Crash Reports are available for FOUR (4) years from the date of the crash.

Crash Reports are NOT available via Email, Fax, or pickup at any DMV office.

• This application requires your device to be compatible with Adobe Reader/ PDF viewer.

• After purchase, your report(s) are available immediately for download via PDF format as an electronic document. Online purchases will not result in the report being emailed, faxed, or postal mailed to you. For more information go to Software Information.

• This application is best used on a desktop or laptop computer. Mobile devices such as tablets and smart phones can be used but may not have the proper software or PDF viewers needed to view the crash reports.
