Call for Papers

Paper submission deadline:25th September 2024

Notification of acceptance: 2nd October 2024

Camera-ready submission: 10th October 2024

Workshop day: 15th October 2024

We encourage researchers to submit 1-2 page extended abstracts (excluding references) or a preprint of relevant work. Accepted abstracts will be posted on the workshop website and will not appear in the official IEEE proceedings. The reviewing process is single-blind and will be carried out by the workshop organizers.

Accepted papers will have the opportunity to present their work/ideas in a poster session. 

Also, there will be awards of $300 for the best poster and $150 for the runner-up, supported by IEEE RAS TC on Algorithms for Planning and Control of Robot Motion 

Instructions for Posters:

• Posters should be a maximum size of 4ft x 4ft or 122 cm x 122 cm. Therefore, we recommend the A0 poster size in portrait orientation. Our meeting room will be 140E. Poster boards will be in room 142. Poster boards will be labeled with the name of our workshop.

• Poster sessions will be during the coffee breaks (10-11am).
