For ps5, the NOKTA DETECTION TECHNOLOGIES Findx Pro Metal is my top pick because its included headphones are built for rugged, uninterrupted outdoor use in noisy environments. The runner-up is HOYJACY Kids, which offers a playful, foldable design with LED accents that appeals directly to younger gamers or students who want style alongside function.
• NOKTA DETECTION TECHNOLOGIES Findx Pro Metal — best for immersive outdoor audio and durability; pick this if you need a robust, waterproof headset included with a heavy-duty kit that handles volume adjustments without fail.
• HOYJACY Kids — best for young gamers seeking a fun aesthetic; pick this if your child needs a lightweight, foldable option with cat ear lights that doubles as a gift for school or travel.
• HOYJACY Cat Ear Kids — best for teens wanting a personalized pink look; pick this if you prefer a slightly lighter build with rounded earcups and touch controls for easy music management.
• EAORUL Headphones — best for marathon gaming sessions; pick this if you prioritize long battery life, fast charging, and a Hi-Fi stereo experience for home or travel use.
The NOKTA DETECTION TECHNOLOGIES Findx Pro comes bundled with premium headphones designed specifically to cut through the noise of an active outdoor environment. While most people think of metal detectors as tools for finding buried treasure, the audio component included here is engineered for serious performance. These headphones feature adjustable volume control, ensuring that users can hear subtle target signals even when wind or crowds create background distraction. They are not merely an accessory but a core part of the detection system, allowing for uninterrupted treasure hunting whether you are scanning a beach, a park, or a field.
This product fits the user who treats their hobby with professional seriousness. The headphones are part of a complete kit that includes a waterproof search coil and a large carrying bag, suggesting a workflow where everything must be ready for immediate deployment. The design prioritizes functionality over flash; there are no glowing lights or whimsical shapes here, just durable construction meant to survive being tossed into a bag or exposed to moisture. The ability to adjust volume is critical for this use case, as detecting depth requires hearing faint beeps that might otherwise be drowned out by ambient noise.
In daily use, the combination of these headphones with the detector's depth indicator creates a seamless experience. You get clear audio feedback on what lies beneath the soil before you ever lift a shovel. The headphones support the device's fully waterproof capabilities up to 16 feet, meaning you can take them to a riverbed or shoreline without worry. This makes them an ideal choice for someone who wants a single, reliable audio solution that works in any weather condition without needing a separate purchase.

The main trade-off is that this is not a consumer-grade entertainment headset. It is a specialized tool wrapped around a specific piece of hardware. If you are looking for something to wear while sitting on a couch watching a movie, this will feel too utilitarian. However, for the specific purpose of using a metal detector, it offers a level of reliability and environmental resistance that standard gaming headsets simply cannot match.
The HOYJACY Kids Bluetooth Headphones bring a burst of personality to the listening experience with their distinctive LED cat ear design. These headphones are more than just audio equipment; they are a statement piece that combines music with visual flair. The RGB LED lights dance and flash to the rhythm of the music, creating a dynamic show that turns a simple listening session into a performance. For a child, this feature transforms a functional device into a toy they are excited to wear, making it an excellent entry point into wireless audio technology.
These headphones are tailored for young gamers, students, and children who value style as much as sound quality. A built-in microphone supports online learning, video chats, and gaming communication, making them versatile enough for schoolwork and play.
Comfort is a major selling point for this model. The adjustable headband and soft, skin-friendly ear cushions ensure that a child can wear them for extended periods without discomfort. The foldable design is another practical advantage, making the headphones compact enough to fit into a backpack or carry-on luggage. This portability is essential for kids who move between home, school, and extracurricular activities, allowing them to keep their favorite tunes close at hand wherever they go.
However, the focus on aesthetics means these are primarily aimed at a younger demographic. The LED features, while fun, may not appeal to older teenagers or adults looking for a more subdued look. Additionally, the lack of active noise cancellation means that in very loud environments, the external world might still bleed in. Despite this, for a child who wants to feel cool while gaming or listening to music, the combination of light-up ears and solid sound quality makes it a standout choice.
The HOYJACY Cat Ear Kids model mirrors the previous version but swaps the purple finish for a vibrant pink and refines the design with rounded earcups. Like its sibling, it features the signature flashing LED cat ears that react to the beat of the music, offering a playful and stylish experience for girls, children, and teens. The theme remains animal-centric, appealing to those who love cute accessories, but the "Contemporary" style name suggests a modern twist that might resonate better with slightly older kids or teens who want something trendy rather than purely childish.
This model is perfect for the user who wants a personalized touch in their gear. The pink colorway and rounded earcup shape offer a softer aesthetic compared to other options on the market. The built-in microphone allows for clear communication during online games or virtual classes, while the touch controls make it easy to manage media playback without fumbling for buttons.
The comfort level is comparable to the purple version, with an adjustable headband and soft ear cushions designed for all-day wear. The foldable nature of the headphones ensures they remain portable, fitting easily into bags for travel or school. The 10-meter Bluetooth range provides ample freedom of movement, so a child can move around a room or yard without losing connection. The weight is minimal, contributing to a feeling of lightness that prevents fatigue during long listening sessions.
The primary limitation here, as with the other model, is the lack of advanced noise isolation. Without active noise cancellation, loud surroundings can still intrude on the audio experience. Furthermore, the specific color and style might limit its appeal to a narrower audience. However, for a child or teen who loves the cat ear aesthetic, this pink variant offers a slightly different look while maintaining the same high-quality features that make the series popular.
The EAORUL Headphones stand apart from the others by focusing purely on performance and endurance. This longevity is a game-changer for marathon gaming sessions, long flights, or workdays where charging breaks are inconvenient. With a quick charge feature that delivers three hours of playtime from just five minutes of charging, the EAORUL model eliminates the anxiety of running out of power at a critical moment.
These headphones are ideal for the user who prioritizes audio fidelity and convenience. This setup delivers a true Hi-Fi stereo experience, enhancing clarity and transparency in a way that generic headphones often miss. Whether playing competitive shooters or listening to immersive storylines, the sound profile is tuned to provide deep, controlled bass and crisp highs.
Connectivity is handled via Bluetooth 5.1, which offers faster data transfer and lower latency for a seamless experience. The multipoint connection feature allows for effortless switching between devices, so you can jump from a console to a phone without constantly re-pairing. The matte black finish and memory foam ear cushions give the headphones a sleek, professional appearance that fits well in any setting, from a home office to a travel bag. The balanced pressure design ensures a perfect fit, keeping the headphones secure during intense gaming or comfortable during long listening sessions.
The trade-off is that these headphones lack active noise cancellation, relying instead on passive isolation from the memory foam. While the sound quality is excellent, in extremely noisy environments, external sounds might still penetrate. Additionally, the design is strictly functional and adult-oriented, lacking the whimsical elements of the HOYJACY models. For someone who wants a dedicated, high-performance headset for long-duration use without worrying about battery life, the EAORUL model is a compelling choice.
We compared published specs and features across these four products to determine their strengths and weaknesses. Yes, all four models support wireless Bluetooth or wired connections compatible with the PS5, though you should check if your specific console setup supports the Bluetooth version used by the headphones.
While none of the sheets explicitly mention sweat resistance ratings like IPX5, the NOKTA model is waterproof up to 16 feet, making it the most durable against moisture. The others are designed for general indoor use.
The EAORUL Headphones lead significantly with up to 70 hours of playtime, whereas the others offer standard battery life suitable for daily use but not multi-day marathons.
