1. How do you deliver items?

We offer three methods of delivering items to you:

  1. Deliver to your door: If you live in Orange county, we delivery straight to your door. We do contactless delivery. We'll either drop it in your mailbox or leave it front of your door. Immediately after we deliver, we'll send you an email or text message.

  2. Curbside pick-up: You can also do contactless curb-side pickup from our place. You let us know what time you are coming, and we'll keep the package in front of our door for you to pick it up when you arrive here.

  3. Mail to your address: If you live outside Orange county, we'll mail the items to your home address via USPS. This will add a small shipping fee to your total amount.

2. Is there any delivery or shipping fees?

For deliver to your door and curbside pick-up option there is no extra fees. For mail to your address, we'll charge additional $1.10 postal fees for stamps.

3. When do I pay for my order?

We are flexible. You can make the payment after you submit the order form or after you receive your order.

4. How do I make the payment?

After you submit the order form depending on your type of payment option, we'll reach-out to you via email and provide you appropriate information to make your payment.
