Importance of Mental Wellbeing

Dr. Abha Bang Soni practices as a Consultant Psychiatrist at Dr. Govind Bang's BRAMHA Hospital, Nagpur. She is also one of the directors and consultant psychiatrist at ASSSAN Hospital, an exclusive inpatient facility for patients with mental illness. After completing her M. B. B. S from IGMC, Nagpur, she did her diploma in psychiatry from Sion hospital, Mumbai and further masters in psychiatry from Lata Mangeshkar hospital, Nagpur. She is also the current president of the Association of Medical women in Nagpur, youth wing. She is a speaker in multiple forums and has given talks on a wide range of topics. She has a keen interest in destigmaziting mental illness and promoting mental health at par with physical health.
