Server Troubleshooting

Chek the crash log located in "crash logs" folder,

if the the fisrt part appear something like that (otg): here

1. open mods folder

2. delete 1.12.2 folder

3. restart

Why?

In this single case (with otg) you need to know that the otg mod when update generate a new OTG-Core jar, if the old OTG is still there this won't happen and so the server will crash.

Can this also appear in other case?

yes if a mod auto generate a file in 1.12.2 and yuo/me update that mod older server might have problem because they can't generate a new jar that can be needed, so deleting taht folder can fix in some other cases.

A single took too long

Open the server.properties
go to max-tick-time and set it to -1

max-tick-time=-1

If a player get kicked after flying with the air charm this is an easy fix.

In most server by default you cant fly, so to fix this you can simply:

1. open serve.properties

2. find allow fly

3. switch "false" to "true"

This may happen because the config folder was not updated correctly between version, this can cause some file being damaged or missing.

The most easy way to fix this is by deleting and uploading again the config folder.

If you don't wanna upload that folder again upload only ftbmoneyshop.ntb

if the problem is not solved then:

1. open ftbmoney.cfg

2. switch use_config_store (false to true)

This may happen because the config folder was not updated correctly between version and in this case you/me missed the "ftbmoneyshop.ntb".

The most easy way to fix this is by deleting and uploading again the config folder.

If you don't wanna upload that folder again upload only ftbmoneyshop.ntb
