During the period from 2006 to 2010, WinX DVD Author was priced at 39.99/lifetime, or 29.95/lifetime when discounted. But since 2011, perhaps due to poor sales, WinX DVD Author's parent company, Digiarty Software Inc. has changed its strategy and made it free to drive traffic to its other apps such as DVD Copy, DVD Ripper and Video Converter. There is a vertical "Subtitle" word next to each video thumbnail, click it to call up the "SUBTITLE PROPERTY" window. Then, you can add your downloaded .srt subtitle file and select the subtitle language.
In the right area, you can adjust the size and position of the title menu button and chapter menu button. If you wish to change the button image, double-click it to open the "CLIP PROPERTY" window and drag the progress bar to the frame you want.
There's not much difference between this module and "Video DVD Author", except it doesn't create DVD menus. When you click "Next step", the "VOB CONVERTER" interface will pop up. Select the output folder, output format, and encoder engine, then click "Start" to convert videos directly to VOBs.
The original intention of designing this module was to help users burn YouTube to DVD. However, through testing, I uncovered that WinX DVD Author can't download YouTube videos successfully, making this feature purely decorative.
It is a typical problem that WinX DVD Author is unable to detect DVDs, and I am at a loss to determine the exact cause. I can only try multiple DVD discs to see which one can be successfully detected. Since WinX DVD Author was not satisfactory, I tested many other DVD authoring software. Bloom, a fairy with fire powers, enrolls at a magical boarding school in the Otherworld called Alfea College. There, she shares a suite with Stella (a light fairy), Aisha (a water fairy), Terra (an earth fairy), and Musa (a mind fairy). With the help of her four new friends, Bloom starts to learn more about her past. Meanwhile, ancient creatures called the Burned Ones return to the Otherworld and threaten everyone at Alfea.
Bloom is still the main focus in ftws (it means fate : the winx saga, because the name is too big to write for a person who is lazy like me) like in winx club, the story is about Bloom learning she is a changeling (fairy child who was sent to humans to raise) who has powers and then goes to attend Alfea a fairy training school to learn to control her powers and then meets 4 other girls who stay in the same suite with her and become her friends. This part is quite similar to the original series but there are quite a lot of difference.
Eliot is an English actress who has much lighter skintone compared to Flora who was inspired by Jennifer Lopez, a Puerto Rican. Fans got really angry and immediately called it whitewashing (similar to the events of season 8). Plus, they highlighted how Eliot looked nothing like Flora at all! They went crazy and started to bully Eliot on her socials (especially instagram) and to such an extent that she had to delete her instagram account.
Now, the reason for which she was bullied so much was for not looking like Flora, but Terra is not Flora at all! So, all the bullying was super unecessary. Recently a lot of scenes, teasers and behind the scene contents were shared about fate. In the clip below, you can see a short introduction of Terra.

Originally, Bloom was said to be the next queen of Domino. But if Bloom ruled Domino after getting married to Sky, the throne of Eraklyon would remain empty. They brought back Daphne to become the next queen of Domino so that Bloom could marry Sky and become the queen of Eraklyon. However, sadly Bloom never became queen of Eraklyon. Because, if Bloom became the queen of either Domino or Eraklyon, then she would have look after her kingdom. Which would make her quit or minimize her involvement in the winx club. Meaning the winx club would be broken apart as Bloom is the leader of winx club. This would probably mean the end of the series because winx club is mainly about Bloom and her friends saving the world from bad people.
So, now some people will say that Daphne got married but she is still helping to save the world. Well, yes, but Daphne is yet become a queen. Bloom on the other hand, would immediately become a queen as Sky is a not a prince but a king. So, both Sky and Bloom would become king, and queen right after their wedding. As king and queen, they must look after their kingdom and people for which they will not be able to help save the world always.
Now, there is no confirmation about whether this will follow the storylines of the previous seasons or not. So, this can also be a spin-off series like World of Winx, Fate : The Winx Club Saga and PopPixie. But, there is more chance that this is going to be season 9 of winx club.
