Yet another vibrating thing that’ll fuck you

This high-tech arrow is made of ultra sharp light weight material, with microscopic serrated edges around the arrow-head. This arrowhead is fitted with a motor in the shaft that rotates it at a thousand times a second for a whole minute. Hitting a target with this arrow does damage as normal. 

Until the defender takes an action to remove the arrow, it continues to spin and ablate armor by 1 at the end of each round, or until the armor is completely destroyed.

These arrows are purchased individually, just like grenades and rockets, and can be fired by anything that fires arrows.
