As an Action, the user can cause Flair Tattoos to glow bright enough to illuminate a 6x6m/yd area (3x3 squares) centred on the user for up to an hour or until an Action is used to return the light to normal. Once used the effect has an hour cooldown and the tattoo appears “duller”.

As an Action the user can destroy the 50eb (Costly) battery, causing the Flair Tattoos to flash with blinding light. Treat the effect like a Flashbang Grenade going off centered on the User in a 6x6m/yd area (3x3 squares) without the temporary Damaged Ear Critical Injury. Batteries sold separately.
