Alternate Attack Mode: Instead of making 2 Melee Attacks, a user can choose to make one special "Mucho Here" Ranged Attack against a target on foot. If the damage from the attack penetrates armor, the defender is pulled 4m (1 sq) towards the attacker. The defender does not end in a grapple. The rope dart always returns to the user's hand as part of the ranged attack action.
