Win Task ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and associated admin panel (collectively, the "Service").

- Account Information: When you create an account, we may collect your email address and a display name to manage your profile and authentication.
- Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, includingupdatew tasks completed, games played, scores, coins earned, and daily check-in activity.
- Device Information: We may collect device identifiers, operating system version, and device type to optimize the Service and serve appropriate advertisements.
- Advertising Data: We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect device advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID) and usage data to provide relevant ads. See Section 6 for more details.
- Referral Data: If you use a referral code, we associate that code with your account to credit the referring user.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- To track your progress, coins, check-in streaks, and game scores
- To process referral rewards and leaderboard rankings
- To serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements via Google AdMob
- To communicate with you about Service updates, changes, or support inquiries
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraudulent activity
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored locally on your device using SharedPreferences and may be synced to Firebase Firestore (Google Cloud) when you are signed in to your account. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the app's "Delete Account" feature. Upon deletion, we will remove your profile data from our servers within a reasonable timeframe. Local data on your device can be cleared by uninstalling the app.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may collect information:

- Google Play Services for core Android functionality and advertising ID.
6. Advertising (AdMob)
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the app. AdMob may collect and use the following data:
- Device advertising ID (Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA)
- IP address
- Device type and operating system version
- Approximate location (non-precise, derived from IP)
- Ad interactions (clicks, impressions, views)
Google AdMob uses this data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising via your device settings (Android: Settings Google Ads Opt out of Ads Personalization). 7. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 16 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your data (see "Delete Account" in the app).
- Opt-out of Ads: Disable personalized advertising in your device settings.
- Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent to process your data.
