It’s hard to believe, but our group is about to turn ONE! A huge thank you to each and every one of you for joining us, showing up, and helping to make this past year so much fun. We’re so excited for what the next year will bring — more adventures, more memories, and definitely more fun!

Ladies Nights: The First of Many

In April, we hosted our first couple of Ladies Night events — and they were a lot of fun! We’re thrilled by the interest and positive feedback, so expect to see more Ladies Nights on the calendar soon.

Attendance & Growing Waitlists

Our events have grown more popular than ever, which is amazing — but it also means spots are filling up faster, and waitlists are getting longer. Because of this, we’ve started managing attendance a little more closely, especially regarding no-shows and last-minute cancellations.

We mentioned this briefly last month, but we wanted to highlight it again, just to keep everyone in the loop:

Here are a few helpful tips when signing up:

• Join the Waitlist - Even if an event is full, sign up for the waitlist. Cancellations are common, and spots do open up closer to the date.

• We Might Expand Capacity - If a venue allows, we’ll sometimes increase capacity based on interest. So don’t hesitate to show your enthusiasm.

• Try Other Events with Availability - Not all events fill up immediately, and smaller events can be even more rewarding — they’re more intimate, and a great way to really get to know fellow attendees.

We want everyone to be part of the fun, so we’re working hard to make sure everyone has a chance to join. Thanks for your patience and enthusiasm; we hope to see you soon!

Hi all!

As we step into April, the weather is slowly warming up, but it’s not quite warm enough for outdoor events just yet. While we wait for those perfect sunny days, we’ve planned mostly indoor activities for the month of April. 

We hope these activities bring some fun and joy as we continue to anticipate the arrival of spring in all its glory. Let’s make the most of the season we’re in — and before we know it, we’ll be out and about, soaking in the sunshine! 🌞

A big thank you to everyone who shared their thoughts in our recent survey about women-only events. Your feedback was fantastic, and we’re thrilled to see such strong interest! Because of your responses, we have already scheduled a couple of exciting Ladies Night events in April.

☑️ Don’t Miss Out: Tips for Signing Up

We have noticed that many of our events are reaching maximum capacity quicker than expected. We are going to keep a better eye on sign-ups, and possibly manage future attendance a little differently.

To help you secure a spot, here are a few tips:

• Join the Waitlist: Even if an event is marked full, sign up anyway. Cancellations do happen, and we often have spots open up as we get closer to the event date.

• We May Expand Capacity: Depending on the venue, we can sometimes accommodate more attendees and increase the event capacity.

• Check Out Other Events with Availability: Not all events fill up right away, so there may still be plenty of room at another event that catches your eye. We encourage you to explore and try something new – you never know what new friends or experiences await!

Hey folks!

We want to extend a big thank you to everyone who has joined us at our recent events. It was wonderful to see so many new faces, and we truly appreciate your participation and enthusiasm. Your presence made each event special, and we can’t wait to keep the momentum going!

Looking ahead, we are considering the possibility of introducing women’s-only events in the future. To help us plan events that truly resonate with you, we’d love to hear your thoughts.

Member Feedback: Instagram Notifications 🔔

Our last newsletter was quite long, but we do have one more result from our annual member survey that we wanted to share the results of.

Included in the survey was a question to find out where you all would prefer to receive updates about upcoming events, and the overwhelming majority of you voted for Instagram! We’re excited to announce that we do have an official Instagram account, and we’d love for you to follow us there.

If you’d like the account details, please ask one of the event hosts at your next meetup event, and we’ll be happy to approve your follow request right away.
