Spring Desert Rally 2020

This is the first Winnie B rally of 2020! 

Join us for the Spring Desert rally on the March 5-8, 2020 weekend at Agua Caliente County Park, which is in easternmost San Diego County, California. There are some full and partial hookup spaces remaining at Agua Caliente County Park for the weekend. But we need to grab them soon before they are gone.

This is a nice campground with an indoor mineral hot spring pool, outdoor pool, and some beautiful desert hikes within the park boundaries. 

Other nearby touring options include Vallecito County Park with the old Butterfield Stage Coach Station, the mountain town of Julian, famous for its apple pie, and “downtown” Borrego Springs, home of the large metal sculptures that you have no doubt seen in online postings of van photos…just imagine what a group photo would look like! The area is well known for both beautiful spring desert wildflowers and pristine night skies. A warning to all that there is no cell phone coverage in the campground, but you can get your internet fix met by a 4-mile drive up the road.

Grand Canyon Rally--North Rim

This is a photography-focused rally. Clement Stevens and Craig Zerbe, both professional landscape photographers and Travato owners, will host us on our photo safaris. They will lead us to the best locations at the best times of day to capture this awesome scenery. Daytime hikes will also be arranged.

There is only one moderate-sized National Park campground on the North Rim. Reservations open on a rolling 6-month basis, so March 1, 2021 would be the ideal date to book your spot.

Cape Cod September Rally

Provincetown is a fabulous place to visit. It has a national seashore and many wonderful shops and restaurants. The town is within walking distance of the campground and there is a bike rental shop at the campground entrance. 

Casey ILLinois Rally 2020

Location: Fairview City Park, Casey, Illinois

Dates: Oct. 8 - 11, 2020

After a successful informal meet up in Casey last year, we are now having an 'official' Winnie B rally in beautiful Casey, Illinois. 

Casey is home to 12 of the Guinness Book's largest things in the world. There are multiple attractions within 30-45 minutes. Come explore 'the fun in this Big Things Small Town!'
