Researching meaning, identity, and human flourishing at work.
I am an Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD. My research examines how people make meaning of their work in the face of disruption—whether driven by career transitions, identity shifts, or technological change. I focus on uncovering patterns that enable individuals to not just cope with, but constructively adapt to and even thrive in challenges.
My current work examines how artificial intelligence is reshaping the nature of work, how individuals respond when their core sources of meaning are threatened, and how both workers and organizations can reconfigure work in ways that are not only economically viable, but also psychologically meaningful.
