Vinay remained with AU Bank until March 2024, when he co-founded WIN Legal with his partner, Advocate Virender Singh.

Following his academic accomplishments, Virender embarked on an illustrious career, gaining extensive experience working with renowned organizations such as Muthoot Group, Amicus Advocates & Solicitors, LIFC, and AU Bank, where he served as a Legal Manager in the Mortgage Legal department.

In 2024, Virender's legal acumen and entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found WIN Legal alongside his partner, Vinay Dutt Harsh.
