FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITY FOR CIVIC ORGANIZATIONS
Volunteer roles primarily support concession operations and are designed for team participation, with fundraising opportunities focused on peak public event days, Friday, June 19, Saturday, June 20 and Sunday, June 21.
Organizations selected by San Francisco Puffs & Stuff Inc. to manage concession booths may receive:
10% of verified concession booth sales revenue associated with the booth they support.
Organizations typically bring 10–25 volunteers who rotate throughout the event day while helping deliver an outstanding airshow experience for attendees.
EVENT CONTEXT
The Columbus Air Show will be held at Rickenbacker International Airport, Columbus, Ohio June 19-21, 2026. Fundraising opportunities June 19, June 20 and June 21.
The Wings for a Cause™ Community Volunteer Program connects civic organizations with volunteer fundraising opportunities supporting concession operations during the event.
Concession operations are managed by San Francisco Puffs & Stuff Inc., the official concessions provider for the Columbus Air Show.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY FOR CIVIC ORGANIZATIONS
Civic and nonprofit organizations across the Columbus area are invited to support concessions operations during the Columbus Air Show through the Wings for a Cause™ Community Volunteer Program.
Participating organizations assist with food, beverage, and novelty concession operations across the airshow grounds.
Each day of the event includes nearly fifty concession locations, including food, beverage, soda, and novelty booths.
Organizations selected to participate will typically manage a concession booth throughout the airshow day, beginning at approximately two hours before the gates open and continuing through the conclusion of the event program.
Organizations coordinate volunteers internally and may rotate volunteers throughout the day.
Eligible Organizations
Organizations eligible to participate include:
• Nonprofit organizations
• Service clubs and civic organizations
• Chambers of commerce member organizations
• Faith-based service ministries
• Veterans and military support organizations
• School and athletic booster organizations
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
Organizations that bring larger volunteer teams are often able to maximize their fundraising opportunity.

Participating organizations are assigned a concession booth or support area and coordinate their volunteers throughout the airshow day.

Concessions operations, volunteer orientation, and final logistics are coordinated by:
