The conference will be held at the Mercure Haydock Hotel.
Full room and board will be provided to all accepted participants from their arrival on Monday afternoon until departure on Thursday afternoon.

Getting to the venue:
- By plane: The nearest airports are Liverpool (approx. 20 mi) and Manchester (approx. 25 mi).
- By public transport: The nearest train stations are Newton-le-Willows and Earlestown, from which you can take bus 22 (direction Ashton) to Vista Road. Bus 22 runs every hour. If you arrive by train at Wigan, you can take bus 320 (direction St Helens) to Old Boston Wilcock Road. If you arrive by train at St Helens, you can take bus 320 (direction Ashton or Wigan) to Old Boston Wilcock Road. Bus 320 runs every 30min or less.
