Subscriptions
Wingly offers weekly and annual subscription plans. Subscriptions are managed through your App Store or Google Play account and automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Data and Privacy
Users create sessions anonymously. We do not collect names, emails, or other identifying information.
Chat history with Rizz Bot is stored securely and remains available to you unless you choose to delete it.
Screenshots uploaded for Rizz Analysis are not stored. They are only processed in real time through a third-party AI service provider to generate responses and are discarded immediately after processing.
Third-party payment and subscription providers are used to handle in-app purchases.
User Responsibility
You agree not to misuse the app, including but not limited to generating harmful, illegal, or offensive content.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wingly and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the app.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
