Delete Account & All Data:
WinEntry includes a built-in account deletion feature. You can delete your account directly from the app — no administrator intervention required.
In-app path: Settings → Business Info → ⋮ (top-right) → Delete Account & Data
The following are permanently and immediately deleted. This cannot be undone.
Account registration — your name, phone number, business name, location, Android version, and app version held by the administrator.
Cloud inventory data — all daily stock records, purchase records, and day-end reconciliation records in your cloud workspace.
Sign-in account — your email and business profile are permanently removed from Firebase.
Local device data: Inventory data stored on your device is not deleted automatically. You will be asked separately whether you also want to clear it from the device.
If you no longer have access to the app, use the form below to submit a deletion request. The administrator will process it within 7 working days and email confirmation to the address provided.
