This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game “Shake It! Water Sort Puzzle” (Android package name com.td.capybara.watersort), published on the Google Play Store by Wind Wolf Gaming, the developer account responsible for this app.

The game is developed in collaboration with TD Games Company Limited (Xom Ngoai, Dong Anh Commune, Hanoi City, Vietnam), which operates the analytics, crash-reporting and advertising services described below and acts as a data processor for that data.

This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the app, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information the app collects

The game does not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number or contact list. The following information is collected automatically by the app and the third-party SDKs it includes:

Device and technical data — device model, operating system version, language, country, screen resolution and network type.
Device identifiers — the advertising identifier provided by your operating system (Android Advertising ID) and an app-instance identifier used for analytics.
Gameplay and usage data — levels started and completed, session length, in-game progress, feature usage and settings.
Crash and diagnostic data — technical logs generated when the app stops unexpectedly, so faults can be fixed.
Purchase data — a confirmation from the app store that a purchase completed, together with the product identifier. We never receive or store your card number or billing address.
Approximate location — inferred from your IP address at country or region level only. The app does not request GPS or precise location permission.

How we use the data

To operate the game, save your progress and unlock content you have purchased.
To display advertising in this free-to-play title.
To diagnose crashes and fix defects.
To understand, in aggregate, how the game is played and to improve it.
To detect, prevent and address technical issues.

Analytics and crash reporting

The app uses Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) to understand how the game is played in aggregate and to diagnose crashes. Firebase receives device data, gameplay events, an app-instance identifier and crash logs. Information about how Google processes this data is available in the Google Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy. You can reset the app-instance identifier by reinstalling the app, and clear analytics data by deleting the app from your device.

Advertising and the Advertising ID

This app is free to play and is funded by advertising. Ads are served through third-party advertising networks, which may use your Advertising ID and technical data to select and measure the ads you see, including personalised advertising where you have permitted it. The app declares the com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID permission for this purpose.

On Android: open Settings → Google → Ads, and turn on “Delete advertising ID” or “Opt out of Ads Personalisation”.
Opting out does not remove advertising from the app; it means the ads you see are no longer personalised.
Purchasing an ad-removal product, where offered, disables advertising in the app.

In-app purchases

Purchases are processed entirely by Google through its own billing system. Your payment details are handled by the app store under its own privacy policy and are never sent to, seen by, or stored by us. We receive only a confirmation that a transaction succeeded, along with the product purchased, so we can unlock the corresponding content.

Data sharing

For this app we rely on Google (Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics), the advertising networks that serve ads, and Google as the operator of the Play Store and billing system. TD Games Company Limited processes analytics, crash and advertising data on our behalf. These providers act as data processors, may store data outside Vietnam, and are bound to process data only on our instructions. Advertising networks may act as independent controllers of the Advertising ID they receive, in which case their own privacy policies apply. We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention

Analytics and crash data generated by the app is retained by our analytics provider for up to 14 months from collection, after which it is deleted automatically. Purchase confirmations are retained for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.

Your rights

Because the app does not use accounts, the fastest way to stop all further collection is to uninstall the app, which also removes the game data stored on your device. To have analytics data already associated with your installation deleted, email us using the contact above with the name of the game and the date you installed it, and we will process the request with our analytics provider.

Children’s privacy

This app is not directed to children under the age of 13 and is not listed in any app store’s children or family programme. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date above.
