We strive to help each rider reach their potential and work towards their individual equestrian goals.
Windsong Farm takes an individualized approach with every student and horse in our program. We have a common goal at Windsong Farm: We create a fun, and positive environment where everyone is treated with respect. Private lessons are available for all skill levels, ages three and up, by appointment. Our lesson program is structured around weekly one-on-one instruction in our arena. All of our lesson horses are highly trained to accommodate differing skill levels, from beginner to advanced.
Cost: Lessons are $70 per one-hour lesson.
(We start at age 3 and up and have lesson openings Monday-Thursday and on Saturday.)
Beginner Program
We strive to build a solid foundation for not only eventing but for horsemanship as well. In addition to riding, beginners learn the basics of horsemanship including:
Horse care and husbandry
Grooming and saddling (tacking up)
Care for equipment
Appropriate barn behavior and horse safety
We create an individualized approach for each student while working through our curriculum.
