Windover

While Windover is one of the smallest of the Russell Lands developments, it provides a wonderful example of responsible lakeside development. Large waterfront lots are accessed by lovely canopied streets throughout this enclave of secluded lake homes, many of which are full-time residences while others are comfortable second homes.
