Jeff Staples- President/Broker/Owner-Jeff Staples has been intricately involved in real estate sales and property management with 25 years of experience servicing the Philadelphia area. Jeff obtained his real estate license in 1996 and within five years became a top producing sales agent at Winder Real Estate, Inc. In 2004, Jeff obtained his broker’s license, and purchased Winder Real Estate becoming the broker/owner of the business. While knowledgeable in all facets of real estate, over the years Jeff has developed a special interest in servicing and managing a variety of multi-family, commercial and mixed use properties within the greater Philadelphia area. Under Jeff’s ownership, Winder Real Estate’s property management accounts have grown and they currently manage over 400 units primarily located in the Northwest Philadelphia market. In his tenure in the business, he has first and foremost worked to be someone in whom his clients and colleagues can put their trust and faith. His main objective is to always to understand his client’s needs and build a relationship that will last over the course of time.
