During our review of existing jigsaw puzzle apps, we identified several areas for improvement. Over the years, artists have developed innovative and intricate puzzle designs, using unique shapes that go beyond traditional pieces. Unfortunately, most current jigsaw puzzle apps are unable to support these complex designs.

This is where we saw an opportunity to make a significant impact. Leveraging our expertise in Geometry, Graphics, and Optimization, we set out to create a system capable of handling any puzzle shape, while seamlessly rendering thousands of detailed 3D pieces—even on mobile devices.

Our focus is not just on how many pieces we can display, but on replicating the true experience of assembling a jigsaw puzzle. For us, it’s about taking the time to enjoy the process, often in the company of family or friends. Unlike many screen-based activities that can feel stressful, our goal is to offer a relaxing, immersive experience that closely mirrors the joy of working on a physical puzzle.

Ultimately, we want to provide a platform where puzzle artists can showcase their creations, allowing everyone to wind down and piece together some peace of mind while appreciating their beautiful work.
