It is a privilege and an honour to serve as the Secretary-General of WINMUN 2025. My MUN journey started a decade ago, at Winchester's inaugural Model United Nations conference, and I have experienced firsthand the transformative impact that these conferences have on young minds.

They are a microcosm of the global community - a dynamic platform for ideation, debate, and meaningful connections.

I look forward to welcoming everyone to the milestone tenth edition of WINMUN!

I am Saarah Jaleel, and it is an absolute honour to serve as Secretary-General for the 10th anniversary of WINMUN, forever grateful I never listened to the girl who swore never to delegate again after her first conference.

Hi everyone, I’m Min.

I’ve wanted to be Secretary-General since I was a kid, and I hope I can make this conference one that you will remember.

MUN has been such an important part of my life and it’s inspiring to see so many students learn to research, debate and write by participating here. I am ecstatic to bring WINMUN to life and I hope to see you all in January.
