We are a group of high school students working on a service-learning project. We want to make Winchester a more equitable place before we leave for college at the end of the year. Our goal is to leave a lasting mark on the town.

Student Organizers

Bryce DiMatteo is a high school senior and planning on attending NYU next year. She is passionate about community organizing and beyond excited to lead the charge for a mutual aid network in Winchester.

Rhea Clark is a high school senior and will be a part of the WPI Class of 2025. She is interested in robotics and computer science and is great at running logistics.

Sam Bartlett is a high school senior and is excited to attend college next year. He enjoys baseball and is a great team player.

Hayley Costello is a high school senior and plans on attending college somewhere warm and sunny. She is a fashionista and likes to run in her free time. She brings style to our organization.

Ray Kraft is a high school senior and will be going to Lynn University next year. Ray is a student-athlete, running and playing basketball. His team spirit is strong when working together.

Brendan Gill is a high school senior and will be a part of the Endicott Class of 2025. He is a proud Winchester football player and will continue to play football in college. He brings his intense drive to our organization.

Jake Downs is a high school senior and will be attending UMASS Lowell next year. He is into health and fitness, and works hard at Winchester Mutual Aid.


Teacher Advisor

Christine Costas is an amazing WHS teacher in the social studies department. She is known for teaching history in a diverse and inclusive way, while making it super interesting and sometimes funny. She is our fearless leader.
