Use Policy and Referral Program

This application offers a referral program based exclusively on real and verifiable purchases of products or services provided by companies registered on the platform.

1. How the referral program works

Users who receive referrals may publish products or services and offer referral commissions through the application. Rewards for the user who refers will only be applicable if the referred person successfully completes the corresponding purchase or service agreement. No payments are made for simply registering referrals or for the number of invited users. Registering referrals does not guarantee income.

Example: A user may have multiple registered referrals; however, if none of them purchase a product or service offered by an affiliated company, no payment will be generated.

2. Not a pyramid scheme

This application is not a pyramid, multi-level, or investment scheme. No guaranteed income is promised. Earnings depend exclusively on real commercial transactions and not on the growth of a user network. No payments or investments are required to participate.

3. Verification and control

Rewards offered through the referral program may be subject to review by the corresponding service provider or financial institution. Payments are processed through the Ecuadorian financial system by the appropriate financial institutions. This application does not process, manage, or intervene in payment transactions and does not have control over the payment processing systems. The platform may limit or disable access to the referral program in cases of suspected fraudulent, abusive, or improper use.

4. Payment information

To receive payments, the user must provide a valid bank account in their own name. The user is solely responsible for ensuring that the provided personal and banking information is accurate, complete, and up to date.

5. User responsibility

The platform is not responsible for failed payments, delays, or losses related to payment processing. Payments, if applicable, are handled by the Ecuadorian financial system and the corresponding financial institutions. This application does not process or manage payment transactions. Users are responsible for

providing accurate and truthful information. Use of the application implies acceptance of these policies.
