I just read a sweet blog post about a mom who tucked a gift card into her daughter’s backpack for a first day of school surprise. Since her daughter had to attend a new school, the author decided to give her something to smile about when she got there. I love how us moms will do anything to bring a little sunshine to an otherwise dark day and how the golden ticket is different for everyone.
