Registration

Students:

In the first instance, please ask a teacher to register on your behalf as outlined below. If this is not possible, please email us at: wimr-2019@bristol.ac.uk

Teachers:

Please register your students by sending an email to wimr-2019@bristol.ac.uk with the following information for each student you would like to register:

• Name of student
• Year group of student as of September 2019 (optional)
• School
• Any accessibility requirements
• Any dietary requirements or allergens
• Any other comments

In addition, please also include:

• your name and contact email address which we can use for further correspondence regarding the event
• whether you (or another teacher, if so please give their name) will be accompanying the students from your school and include any relevant dietary and accessibility requirements

Please note: Teachers are most welcome to attend with their students but are not required to do so.

Any information provided will be used purely for communication before and gathering feedback immediately after the event. Information will be retained until 31st October 2019.
