Mahil Connect is a marketplace platform that connects business owners, workers, and customers. This Privacy Policy explains what information Mahil Connect collects, how it is used, when it is shared, and what choices users have.

Mahil Connect may collect the following categories of information:

- Account information, such as name, mobile number, email address, password, city, role selection, and login details.

- Profile information, such as business name, business type, address, working hours, worker skills, work history, biography, availability, and verification-related details that you choose to provide.

- User content, such as profile photos, gallery photos, reviews, ratings, saved businesses, job posts, job applications, and support messages.

- Location information, such as store location pins, selected map coordinates, location search results, and live device location when you choose to use the in-app location or map features.

- Device and app information, such as device type, app version, crash or error context, connectivity status, and technical logs needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

- Support and contact data, such as email, phone and other details you use when contacting Mahil Connect support.

- Advertising and attribution identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID)". 

## 2. How We Collect Information

We collect information:

- Directly from you when you create an account, complete a profile, post jobs, apply for jobs, upload photos, save businesses, leave reviews, or contact support.

- Automatically when the app communicates with Mahil Connect servers for sign-in, content loading, profile sync, deep links, and app updates.

- From device permissions and native platform features when you choose to use them, such as location services or photo library access.

## 3. How We Use Information

Mahil Connect uses personal information to:

- Create and manage user accounts.

- Authenticate users and keep accounts secure.

- Show public and private profile details in the correct parts of the service.

- Enable business discovery, worker discovery, ratings, reviews, saved businesses, and job-related workflows.

- Let business users set or verify store locations and let users open business or support locations in map services.

- Operate customer support and respond to requests, complaints, or abuse reports.

- Maintain app functionality, monitor reliability, troubleshoot errors, and improve product performance.

- Meet legal, safety, fraud-prevention, and enforcement obligations.

## 4. Permissions and Device Access

The Android application package may request or declare the following categories of access depending on the feature set shipped in a given build:

- Internet access, to connect the app to Mahil Connect services.

- Location access, when you choose live location or map-based store selection features.

- Photo or media library access, when you choose to upload profile or gallery photos.

- Storage-related access on certain Android versions, to support media selection or file handling through native libraries.

- Vibration or similar device signals for app feedback.

Mahil Connect does not access these device capabilities silently where platform permission prompts are required. If a permission is not granted, some features may be limited or unavailable.

## 5. Public Profile and Marketplace Visibility

Mahil Connect is a marketplace product. Some information you provide is meant to be visible to other users so the service can function properly. Depending on your role, public or shared information may include:

- Name or business identity

- Profile photo or gallery photos

- City, area, address summary, or business location details you choose to publish

- Worker skills, work history, or business details

- Ratings and reviews

- Job post details and applicant-related information shared in hiring flows

Please do not upload sensitive personal information unless it is specifically requested for a verified product workflow.

## 6. Sharing of Information

Mahil Connect may share information:

- With other users when needed to provide marketplace features, profile discovery, hiring flows, ratings, reviews, and public pages.

- With service providers and infrastructure partners that help operate hosting, content delivery, analytics, app updates, mapping, support, security, or communications.

- With platform providers or technical partners when needed to enable mobile app features such as maps, app linking, and update delivery.

- With law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, users, or the service.

- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law.

Mahil Connect does not sell personal information in exchange for money.
