COSTUMES have been sent home with your dancer already! It's a good idea to double-check and make sure you have all the parts of the costume ready to go! CLICK HERE to see all the costumes and required tights and shoes for our classes.
TIGHTS should be purchased through the studio dance shop - the brand is Revolution Dancewear and the color is CLASSIC PINK. All classes need footed tights, except for Acro will need convertible or footless tights.
SHOES for performance are the same as the required shoe for your child's class for the season.
LABEL everything! Remember, there are dozens of other dancers with the same costume, tights, and shoes. You can use a sharpie to put your dancer's name on the inside tags, or for easy labeling of every kind of costume piece, CLICK HERE to check out these Avery labels. No ironing needed...just label and stick (and remarkably they stay on in the wash, too!)

It is important that dancers have the correct undergarments. Since your dancer will be changing backstage, for hygiene and modesty purposes, every female dancer is required to wear a nude leotard and every male dancer is required to wear black compression shorts underneath all of their costuming items.
Nude leotards are available at our Eugene studio location or you can order a nude leo online. They do not need to be a certain brand, but should be a camisole strap and blend with their skin tone.
Black compressions shorts are typically available at any department store, Walmart, Fred Meyer, Target, etcetera. CLICK HERE to view a pair available for purchase on Amazon. We suggest the style with a solid black waistband rather than print or text.

Every dancer is responsible for purchasing the correct shoes and tights for performance. We provide a professional level show and as such, require shoes and tights to be identical, just as they would in any professional venue.

Must be purchased through All That! Dance so the colors are correct. All dancers should wear Revolution Brand "Classic Pink" colored footed tights. Tights are $ 8.00 for children sizes and $ 10.00 for adult sizes in our shop. You can also order them ONLINE and have them shipped directly to you. Be sure you select the correct color.

Shoes for performance will be the same as the designated class shoe per the ATD Dress Code distributed before the start of season. Please check with us if you have any questions before wearing new shoes so we can approve them. You can purchase shoes online at our ONLINE DANCE SHOP and we encourage shoes to be purchased now.
A note about tights: As an industry, the dance world is proud to embrace dancers of all sizes, backgrounds, and skin tones. At ATD, we could not agree more! The accepted practice in the dance world has been that dancers wear pink tights - to us, this is certainly not a reflection of their skin tone or trying to imply that the pink tight is in any way trying to emulate a certain skin tone. We love the diversity of our dancers and want to embrace each of them in their very own skin. However, the dance world has acknowledged that for some, a pink tight may not feel like proper representation of their ethnicity. Making each child feel beautiful in their own skin is far more important to us than any dance costume would ever be. If you, or your child, feels that a pink tight in any way does not feel like the right choice, please simply let us know as we will absolutely find the best option for them to feel their absolute best and brightest on stage!
