Highlight
Willy Susilo is a distinguished Australian Laureate Fellow and a Fellow of the IEEE, IET, ACS, AAIA, and AIIA. He received the 2024 Premier’s Prizes in Engineering and Communications Technology, as well as the 2024 University of Wollongong Alumni Award for Research and Scholarship. In 2023, he was awarded the highly prestigious Australian Research Council (ARC) Laureate Fellowship. His earlier honours include the Vice-Chancellor’s Research Excellence Award for Researcher of the Year (2016) and an ARC Future Fellowship (2009). He previously served as Head of the School of Computing and Information Technology at UOW.
