The WILLOW Party respects the privacy of every Member. It is a priority, therefore we respect the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use personal data.
The WILLOW Party is a political party within the Hokorian State.

By applying for membership you provide us with personal data: name, date of birth, Hokorian nationality and email address. “Personal Data” is information that identifies you as an individual or relates to an identifiable person. After registration of your personal data, you have the right to request a pseudonym.
We collect that personal data so that we can identify who you are and get in contact with you. And to check if you are eligible for our service.
We also use your data to make statistics and to inform you.
We keep your data until you revoke consent for us to store it.
We share your data with Their Majesty’s Royal Government (Royal Government of Hokoria), they have their own privacy policies. Your information is stored using Google, they have their own privacy policies.
Information sharing is subject to Hokorian law.
The WILLOW Party does not collect personal data from anyone under the age of 13.
Request access to your personal data;
Request correction of the personal data that we hold about you;
Request erasure of your personal data;
Object to processing of your personal data;
Request the restriction of processing of your personal data.
Note: we respect the principle of data minimization to register members. This simply means: nothing more than what is indeed needed. By requesting some rights like deletion (example: unsubscribe from our emails), this indirectly means that you renounce your membership.
