The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, bowls, and appliances for all your cooking needs. Outdoor firewood and propane may be available to guests, but cannot be guaranteed pending the last guest's usage.
Guests are responsible for bringing all food and beverages, personal hygiene products, clothing, yard games, water toys, and kids supplies. You may want to bring bottled water or jugs based on personal taste preference. Water shoes are recommended to protect feet from rocks and mussels. Please bring life jackets or floaties for weak swimmers.
The house is perfect for families and includes two rooms with two twin beds each for kids! The house is stocked with kids books, games, and a baby bath. For parents looking for a TV break, the cable package has Disney Jr and Nick Jr available during your stay. There is also a DVD player in the living room. The back and side yards have fencing and a gate.
For families with toddlers, please let us know in advance if you'll be needing a pack n play or high chair for use during your stay. It helps reduce packing!
Well behaved potty trained dogs are welcome! The back and side yards are fenced in and have a gate towards the water. However, the rental agreement requires observation of dogs at all times. Since the fencing is located on the hill, even large dogs can squeeze under in some areas and small dogs may fit through the slates.
Hopefully there will be time to relax, but many vacations require a few quick calls to the office or some time to answer emails from the deck during your morning coffee. In order to support this, the house has WiFi that covers the main house and a deck with 30 mbps internet speeds. There is also a landline in the home in the event you have any cell coverage issues, so you can still attend conference calls.
