All dental patients are given a written cost proposal that must be approved before major treatments are started to avoid misunderstandings and to be able to review it in peace and quiet. Payment methods and rates should also be taken at this time. Both parties each receive their signed copy. The cost proposal is always preliminary + - 10%. For a year from the examination date, if the start of treatment should extend beyond the time you have to request a new cost proposal. If unforeseen complications occur during the treatment period, the original cost proposal may need to be updated, this should also be addressed when / if a complication arises. In usual treatment, payment is made after each visit, card or cash or prepayment to the clinic's bank transfer. For larger treatments eg. Implant treatments should be paid half of the amount on site at the time of surgery and the remainder at the imprint. We will agree on exact times for this. Patients who have been granted credit must pay according to the agreement.
