Streets and Lights

The streets in Willowbrook are private. The maintenance of the streets, street lights, and street signs are the responsibility of Willowbrook and its HOA. If you have any concerns with the items below, please contact Randy Will or a board member.

Streets 

There are approximately 6000 lineal feet of streets, 11,390 lineal feet of curb, 440 feet of parking space, and 10 storm water intakes maintained by Willowbrook. 

Street Lights

There are 19 street light locations maintained by Willowbrook. 

Street Signs

There are 8 street sign locations. Two street sign locations (Antioch/142nd Street & 143rd Street/Benson) are maintained by Overland Park. The remaining six street sign locations, consisting of 13 signs, are maintained by Willowbrook.
