Willowbrook is a picturesque, maintenance-provided community featuring 111 homes nestled among the majestic pines, willow trees, and alongside Tomahawk Creek, located at the intersection of Antioch Road and 143rd Street in Overland Park, Kansas. Willowbrook is highlighted by three home lined ponds which run through the center of the subdivision alongwith a creek that also runs through the backyards  of many of the homes. The secluded treelined community pool with its beautiful walking bridge entrance is an impressive gathering spot for residents. Development of this charming subdivision began in 1990, with construction completed in the fall of 1997. The design of Willowbrook includes private streets, the three ponds, walking trails, and spacious wooded common areas, along with the community pool. The resident managed homeowners’ association offers a variety of services, including:

- Trash, recyclables, and yard waste pickup every Monday
- Weekly lawn mowing during the growing season (currently on Thursdays)
- Snow removal for cleared streets, sidewalks, and driveways in heavy snow
- Access to the community pool for all residents and their guests during the season
- Painting of wood trim on homes every six years
- Maintenance of all common areas, including ponds and streets
