Use of the pool and spa/hot tub is at your own risk. THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY!
– Pool and Spa hours are 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Police will be called to remove those using the pool after hours.
– Only residents, their families and guests are allowed in the pool area. Friends of family members or guests may not use the pool.
-The pool area may not be reserved for private parties.
– Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult resident or a resident's adult family member.
– Infants must wear swim diapers under their bathing suit to enter the pool.
– Residents are responsible for their guests' behavior.
– Please be considerate of others when using audio devices, floation devices and toys
– No smoking or glass containers allowed in the pool area.
– No running, horseplay or roughhousing in or around the pool area.
– Bathing suits must be worn to enter the pool or spa.
– No pets are allowed in the pool area.
– Please dispose of trash and recyclables in the provided receptacles.
– No diving allowed.
Pool and Spa Safety Recommendations
– Enter and exit the spa/hot tub slowly.
– Pregnant women and those suffering from heart disease, diabetes or blood pressure problems should not use the spa/hot tub.
– Do not use the spa/hot tub while under the influence of alcohol or taking medications that cause drowsiness or treat high/low blood pressure.
– Observe reasonable time limits (10 – 15 minutes is recommended) when using the spa/hot tub. Then leave the water and cool down prior to reuse of the spa/hot tub.
– Long exposure to high water temperatures may cause nausea, dizziness or loss of consciousness.
– Abuse of the spa equipment will not be tolerated.
