Painting

A Paint Company contracted by Willowbrook HOA paints all the wood trim on your home every six years.  View the house painting schedule here. The stucco, when applied had the color added, thus it does not require repainting unless color change desired by owner at the owner's expense. Repairs to wood on the house, including around the windows, are the responsibility of the homeowner.

The exterior wood trim, window well railings, exterior windows trim, garage door, gutters and downspouts are included.  Some downspouts, gutters, garage doors and window trims are deemed "non-paintable".  If homeowner desires to paint over this material a special process is required and additional cost will be the responsibility of the homeowner.  Contractor will paint the front door with homeowner furnishing the paint.
