Lawns and Grounds

Willowbrook is lucky to be situated on one of the most beautiful pieces of property in Johnson County. The lawns and common areas are maintained on a weekly schedule by our provider Green Lawn Inc. Homeowners are responsible for the grounds and landscaping on their property.  A volunteer committee of homeowners is responsible for all of our common area plantings of bulbs and annual flowers as well as holiday decorations. We hope that all homeowners will enjoy these areas as well as the walking paths throughout the year!
