Plans and specifications for new construction, exterior additions, alterations to structural features and replacement items are reviewed so as to fit with the standards of Willowbrook.

Please consult the covenant in regards to your request. Once submitted, the request will go to Architectural Committe and be reviewed by the board. You will be contacted with the decision.
