We are now accepting applications for grants from the Willistown Friends Meeting Trust. Please review our funding guidelines and priorities before your organization submits an application. Applications that do not meet the criteria established in the guidelines and priorities will not be considered for funding. If your organization does meet our criteria, then we encourage and welcome your application! Kindly fill out the application at the bottom of this page and return by email to wfmtrust@gmail.com along with the requested attachments. Applications can be submitted between March 1-May 1.

Trust Funding Priorities
● Quaker organizations with a mission focus in Chester County, Delaware County, or neighboring communities will have the highest priority.
● Non-Quaker organizations with a mission focus in Chester County, Delaware County, or neighboring communities.
● Quaker organizations with a mission focus outside Chester County, Delaware County, and the neighboring communities.
● The organization’s mission must provide social, environmental, health-related, or educational assistance that aligns with the Quaker testimonies of simplicity, peace, integrity, community, equality, and stewardship.
Trust Grant Guidelines
● The Trust awards grants to nonprofit organizations with 501(c)(3) status only.
● If you received a grant in the past, you must wait 3 years before reapplying. (for example: If you received a grant in 2023 you can reapply in 2026)
● We will consider all grant requests regardless of their purpose, with the exception of endowment funding which is not allowed. (Note: this is a change from the past when we only considered well defined projects.)
● Maximum grant request is $10,000.
● Applications can be submitted between March 1 and May 1, 2026. Applications received after May 1 will not be considered.
● The application must be completed in full and submitted electronically along with other requested materials to wfmtrust@gmail.com.
● Site visits may be requested and should be honored either in person or virtually.
● We request that a follow-up report be submitted to the Trust by April 1, 2027, using the form provided if you receive a grant.
● Grant decisions will be made and communicated by the end of June to all grant applicants.
